Lab Tests (blood).
After our office has received your CCAF and HHF,
you will receive a call from Dr. Lawson. She will
speak to you about the lab tests she requires prior
to your initial visit. Afterwards, she will forward
a lab requisition to you. With that lab requisition,
go to your nearest Quest or LabCorp lab to have your
blood drawn. Present the lab requisition and the lab
will forward the results directly to Dr. Lawson. IMPORTANNT:

when you have completed your lab tests. |

Initial Appointment.
Come to your initial appointment and plan to
spend approximately 1 hour with Dr. Lawson. She will
have already reviewed your HHF and lab results and
be ready to discuss preliminary findings and any specialized
tests that may be required. |

Supplements
and Prescriptions
|
Order
supplements and make payment arrangements
with the designated pharmacies for any compounded
prescriptions as necessary. Depending on the need
for specialized testing, you may not get your bioidentical
hormone prescriptions until after the specialized
testing. |

|
Complete specialized
testing. If required by Dr. Lawson, she will discuss
the need and pricing for specialized testing. If you
agree with Dr. Lawson's recommendation, she will provide
you with the test kit and you will pay for the specialized
testing and the followup visit at the time you receive
the kit. Next, comlete your saliva test and/or metabolic
profile testing as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT:
Email the office at info@proactivwellnesscenters.com
when you have submitted the test kit to the test provider.
Once we receive your email, we will set/confirm your
followup appointment. |

Treatment plan discussion.
Come to your followup visit. At this visit, Dr.
Lawson will provide a customized treatment plan and
any optional considerations. Our treatment plans include
a one year bioidentical hormone therapy replacement
program and a newly introduced 12 week metabolic makeover
designed to help patients overcome weightloss resistance. |

Maintenance and Monitoring
|
Followup Visits. All
of our maintenance programs include followup visits
so that we can monitor and adjust your prescriptions
and supplement recommendations depending on your body's
particular response to the therapies we employ. This
component is the only way that Dr. Lawson can help
you achieve the optimal health you deserve. Betwen
visits, patients on maintenance programs have email
and phone access to Dr. Lawson if issues or questions
arise. |
