Directions to our office
We are located at 1660 International Drive, Suite
400. To get there, follow these directions:
Take I-495 towards Tysons Corner then take the Chain
Bridge Rd/VA-RT 123 South exit towards Tysons Corner
(Exit #46A). Bear right on Chain Bridge Rd, then right
on International Dr. Make a "U-turn" at Westpark,
then turn right into 1660 International Drive. The office
is adjacent to the Tysons II/Galeria Mall. Park in the
visitors lot out front, take the elevtor to the 4th
floor, enter suite 400, then ask for Dr. Lawson.
Fees and Payment
Our office accepts e-checks, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment information
is taken at the time of appointment and processed 48
hours prior to your appoinement. We do not accept insurance
for payment; however, we will provide you with a properly
coded itemized receipt that includes the appropriate
diagnostic and billing codes. Many insurance plans will
cover part of the cost of office visits according to
their out-of-network provider schedule and may cover
some or all of the costs of diagnostic testing.

Cancellation
Policy
In our practice, we see one patient
at a time so that each patient gets our undivided
attention and we strive for 100% on-time consultations.
Accordingly, our cancellation policy is very strict
and refunds will not be provided. Cancellations
made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment
will be rescheduled and the paymemt method will
not be charged until 48 hours before the new appointment.
When appointments are cancelled within 72 hours,
the payment method will be charged based on the
previously scheduled appointment, and the appointment
will be rescheduled. If multiple appointments are
cancelled, Proactive Wellness Centers may charge
a cancellation fee of $100.

Are bioidentical hormones FDA
approved?
Some standard dosages of bioidentical hormones are
FDA approved and we use these standard doses whenever
possible. However, when a dosage or strength that
the patient requires is not commercially available,
we use a compounding pharmacy to prepare an individualized
prescription. Compounding pharmacists must comply
with the regulation of the state boards of pharmacy,
and they have access to the highest grade bulk ingredients
as well as state-of-the art equipment used to accurately
prepare hormone preparations. Close monitoring of
the patient by PWC helps to promote maximum benefits
and safety.

What is BOTOX®? What
is Restylane®?
BOTOX®
injection therapy is a simple, non-surgical procedure
that has been used since the early 1990's in treating
wrinkles and lines caused by the contraction of
underlying facial muscles. BOTOX® is a purified
protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium,
which reduces the activity of the muscles that cause
wrinkles to form over time. By relaxing these muscles,
BOTOX® helps to flatten out creases on the skin,
dramatically reducing even your toughest wrinkle
within 7 to 10 days.
Restylane® is the leading
dermal filler in the U.S. composed of NASHA™
gel - Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. It
is a transparent gel that is injected into facial
tissue to smooth wrinkles and folds, especially
around the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds). It
has been proven to give long-lasting correction
of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds,
and it works by temporarily adding volume to facial
tissue and restoring a smoother appearance to the
face. In a clinical study, most patients needed
one injection to achieve optimal wrinkle smoothing;
about one-third of patients needed more than one
injection to get a satisfactory result. The results
can last six months or even longer. It has an excellent
safety profile and has been used in over one million
treatments worldwide. No allergy testing is required.
